Accomodation conditions

For families with children : the second bedroom is located in the detached annex in the garden

No air conditioning but the thickness of the walls keeps the house cool even in summer.

The house is heated by a wood stove, there is underfloor heating in the master bedroom and bathroom, and an electruc heater in the garden bedroom

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit of 30% to confirm your booking.
Balance 6 weeks before your arrival with a damage deposit of 250€.
During the Summer Holidays, ideally rented from Saturday to Saturday.
The house is suitable for 4 people and a baby (0-2 years).
For reasons of safety and comfort, we don't recommend Casa Linear for families with children under the age of 10.

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the house property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
